Logistics & Support FAQ
How is the hardware shipped securely?
All Margo Fischer devices are shipped via tracked courier from our manufacturing facility. Each package is sealed with a holographic, tamper-evident security tape. If the tape is broken upon delivery, contact support immediately for a physical replacement.
Do you require identity verification (KYC) to purchase?
No. Because ТОВ "МЕДІПРАЙМ" strictly manufactures and sells physical data storage devices and provides zero financial services, we only require standard shipping information (name and physical address) for courier delivery.
What does the hardware warranty cover?
We offer a 24-month physical warranty covering manufacturing defects (e.g., unresponsive mechanical buttons, screen failure). The warranty does not cover data loss resulting from forgotten PINs or lost physical recovery seed papers.
